TUZ will invest in the best startup of Snow Leopard Tech Challenge 2020

Updated: Jul 21, 2020

TUZ committed to invest in the best startup of Snow Leopard Tech Challenge 2020. The winners receive a $100000 investment. The tech challenge takes place in Mongolia in late September.

Irbis Ventures annually organizes a startup competition that brings together early-stage investors and asset managers, successful entrepreneurs and early-stage, up-and-coming startups. They also contribute to the protection of the endangered snow leopards.

Startups from Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan — or startups servicing those countries — can participate. They should fill the application and pass the peer review process to compete for the prize. You can read more about the SLTC challenge here

TUZ Ventures invests in technology startups across the New Silk Road countries: Central Asia including Mongolia and the Caucasus. TUZ considers tech startups that are in seed and series A rounds. TUZ searches for value in regional or global growth stories, in verticals isolated from local, political, and corruption risks.
